Referrals?

Stupid question but here it goes... Can I do a med sup / life mailer and offer a $ fee for any referrals that are given to me? I know I can't do it with MAPD.

I don't know but in a normal situation you could only offer a fee for the referral. It could not be contingent upon a sale. There is usually a dollar limit set by the state department of insurance. To offer more than that miniumum amount the personal has to be licensed.
