MY client applied for 20k of royal prime. When the paramed came they ask some questions and I got an email stating that client has indicated that she travels to the phillipines once a year

what is the purpose of visit
which island does she go to
how long is the trip's duration

Is this normal stuff to ask.? Would any answer deny her coverage. I assume she goes for christmas for a week or two, but I will ask her,, any thoughts.. thanks

There are certain countries listed as hazardous for travel by the government. I don't know if the Phillipines is on that list, but, that's generally why you get those questions.

Ask the questions to the client and give RNA the answers.

You should not have been blindsided by this. It's right on the Royal Prime application, "Any plans to travel or reside outside the US?" Did the client tell you no when you asked the question?

You are right about that question being on the app.. Probably she forgot to mention that she will go some time next year.. thanks

Is she Filipino, or married to someone from the Philippines?

It can be a dangerous country, particularly for Americans who look like they may have some money. Kidnappings and theft are vastly more common there than here. Yes, the majority have a very safe time in the Philippines, but a statisticially significant smaller majority than have a safe time visiting Los Angeles.
