I was terminated an appointment and wasn't told why...after several phone calls a Shawn Nelson blurted out "it was because of your racial comment". My agent on 3 way asked how are we to handle someone who transferred us 14 times over 1 1/2 hours to correct a license typo? We asked twice "to whom are we speaking" they would not identify themselves. I relayed to an underwriter, please help. He asked who was I talking with? I said she would not identify themselves. All I can say it was a black woman's voice...hopefully they could pinpoint the person who answered twice. 8 days later terminated with no reason? This is ridiculous...I worked a year to get appointed. Would have loved to been the fly on the wall on how all this turned into a race issue when all I wanted was someone to help our client. Any ideas out there? People don't believe this really happened. Google Safeco...it says the same thing. They don't answer the phone and turn it into a race issue? I have been on call 7 days x 26 years to help my clients. Now I get this? All the documents and phone coversations are on tape. It seems no one has the fortitude to make a wrong into a right. I'm all ears...that was only my 2nd policy for them. Again, Safeco..
