Sanford Health in ND/SD/MN

In North Dakota, Blue Cross Blue Shield has a near monopoly, insuring around 80-90% of the state. But with the addtion of Sanford Health into North Dakota and Minnesota and its vast expansion. It could be a major player in Health Insurance.

Does anyone know how they fair as far as their rates go? Especially their Group Health product?

I'm not familiar with them, they operate in MN?
