When utilizing some of these new tele-sale SOA processes, I’ve not had a great experience. The majority of my clientele do not like the process either. Do any of you still mail out SOA forms? If you do, is it an issue that agent and applicant sign at different dates? I’m interested in mailing out the SOA and conducting the enrollment online.

Why not do an E-SOA? You can use any company. I’ll use UHC’s lean SOA for CarePlus all the time. I haven’t mailed out an soa in years.

An eSOA from the UHC LEAN platform for a MAPD from Humana (CarePlus)?

No issues from Humana on this?

Haven't used the LEAN eSOA... it doesn't have UHC branding?

it can have any branding it wants. AHIP states that you can use any approved SOA. Silverscript has one too that I used to use but uhc is just much easier.

I’m only appointed with Humana. I believe there’s not an eSOA option.
