Does anyone have a carrier suggestion that will quote a restaurant in a rural community in Texas protection class 9? Thanks in advance.

I don't know of an insurer who likes homes in a Class 9. Is there any source of water nearby? How large is the local FD? How large are their tankers? what do the homeowners in the area have for coverage? American Modern used to take some of them but the premiums were crazy

Personally I would get the necessary admitted declines and take this to the Surplus market.
