Seasoned agent helping L & H agent start new P & C agency

Hi new to any forum platform, but I figured I could access good direction here. I have had my P & C License for over 10 years and let it lapse because life happens but this is my 3rd and last time sitting for state exams. With that being said, I have landed a job where I am building the foundation for this Agency and we are members of the SIAA Independent Agency Network and we do not have direct appointment with their standard market but we can write under them. When we reach $300k Book then we get direct appointment. I have applied for direct appointments and granted them through (not so proud of the first one ) Progressive, Foremost, American Modern and a cluster appointment through Appalachian. Ran out of characters before I got my question out there....How do I get direct appointment with Great American to be able to write Farms without a P & C book ? We have a 300k book of Group Life & Health existing if that helps. Thank you
