Selling and Prospecting for LTC

Any advice on how to sell and prospect for Long Term Care?

I've always found that a complete fact finder is a great way to sell the LTC. Prospect for Med Supps or FE and then go back for the LTC.
Direct mail works pretty well too depending on your demographics...
