Seminars/trade shows - how do you run them?

I did a search, but didn't find much. I start with AGLA Monday, and I've found that many of the agents there like to run seminars. I'm sure they will provide me with some solid advice, but I'd like to get the forum's thoughts on this.


What ways have you all gone about this?
How many seminars or trade shows did it take for one to become successful?
What was your cost per lead?
What was your ROI?
