Feb 22, 2012 #2 I iiinycboi Guru 100+ Post Club 755 Starting an LLC doesnt require producer license, but to get a LLC license to write under will require you to be a sublicensee. I think if you start an LLC and use your own producer license, its unnecessary to start LLC. dont quote me with this though
