Have a potential client that is a smoker, 51 years old, diagnosed as diabetic at age 38, has been taking insulin for 8 years. He is on disability due to having a 900 pound machine fall on his leg while in the military and needed total knee reconstruction. About two months ago he had a blood clot in his toe and one stent was placed in his thigh, now takes one blood thinner Rx. Are there any companies that would consider this guy for a level benefit, or are they all going to be graded?
