After flying solo for 2 years and trying to manage 11 agents just a year ago, I've decided I need to team up with a strong organization. Can I get some objective feedback pertaining to two I'm considering: National Business Association or Equita Mortgage Group --basically health insurance vs life insurance. I've read several threads on EMG that give me hope.

Seeing how old this post is I'm assuming you've already learned that eithe of those companies can be challenging to work with.

If you're still looking for some guidance, I'd be happy to give you an unbiased opinion. Just the facts.

You can look me up on google.

Recruting from here? No. If I'm on here once a month, that's a lot. Though honestly I'm trying to get on here more. I love what we do in insurance and I hate to see people who are excited about the possibilities get their hopes dashed by one of the well known "churn and burn" agent factories.

There a plenty of good organizations out there. And a few very bad ones. It's sad when someones first go at insurance is with one of those. So I'll give guidance when I can.

Best Regards,
John
