I have been recently appointed by the State of Texas to sell Life, Health and Medicare. So far, I've been appointed with AARP/UHC/Secure Horizons and Humana.

My target market is Seniors (Final Expense and Med Supps). Any other companies I should consider/stay away from?

Oh, and my appointment with Bankers Fidelity is in process.

Thanks.

As for med supps, you would want Woodman of the World's new supp in TX.

As for FE, there are a ton of good companies you should have. If you need to do some by phone, UTA and Loyal American are good for that. Loyal also does a med supp that is competitive in certain parts of TX. UHL, CBL, Assurity, Americo, American Amicable, Foresters (although still pending in TX), and Presidential are all good companies.

In the MA side, you might look at Coventry.

With LTC, John Hancock is always a strong one. (even though you didn't ask).

And of course, you can get all of the Mutual of Omaha companies which have a little bit of all of it and more. (Of course the med supp commissions are a bit less than most companies).

Todd has helped me with a few contracts. He is an upstanding guy and I would definitely recommend getting in touch with him!
