Prospect says they hate their carrier or agency, they want quotes and are eager and excited to switch. They don't have time to talk now but gives you a date and time to calk back You call back on time, no answer. You call and email again for weeks. They never pick up the phone, and don't return voice mail messages or emails. What's up with that? This occurs at least 50% of the time with cold calls. I hate to stop trying as it may turn out to be a sale.

What do you do with these leads? How do you get them to respond and turn it into a sale?
 
Don't even bother w/ them. When I get the random call in (nomatter how good it seems to be up front..) it never really pans out. Hence, the time wasted on cold calling & call ins
