They don't want any more agencies at all. They are starting to let us contract individual agents again if we don't flood them with contracts. They absolutely don't want any agents with any credit problems.

They are trying to get a better handle on what they already have. The massive growth has swamped them with new business and new agents and they have had growing pains.
