Does anybody have a training program?
First of all, I just want to state I am not lazy. I'm just not sure where to begin.
I need to make a 1 hour training session for new hires. I don't need to "teach" insurance, I just need to go over tha basics as far as what is Property and Casualty, how to ask for said business, and documentation(I.e. Dec. pages) The kicker is, after this class, there is a written test the candidate needs to fill out- about 5-10 questions. Does anybody have something I can build on? I have a starter template:
1: What is P&C- HO, auto, work comp, CGL etc.
2: Who are we looking for- XYZ...
3: Why it's important to cross sell blah, blah, blah.
4: Retention and value added blah, etc....
I'm burried, and honestly don't have the time to create something like this. The boss is on my ass! Can anybody give me some suggestions or reference? Thanks
