I saw a fe commercial last nite on fox news sat nite 11;45.. from Seniorcare USA, Little Rock AR,
When people call their number,, which agents are getting the calls? It seems to be a call center that picks up the line initially before the quote is given,,? 800 683-2642.

That is after hours call...so no live Agents.
SeniorCare USA is a marketing firm - I know the managers there. They have a few large IMO customers that will take calls at any hour for a much cheaper rate and then have the Agents call the customer back.
