I've checked with insurance noodle and SA regarding this and no go. I have a customer who is starting up a real estate investment firm/property management co with plans to buy up single family homes and rent them out for the long term. They want a bop/gl policy for their business. Does anyone here know where there might be a market for this risk?

I'm thinking the best option for them would be to start an llc with their investors with the sole purpose of using it as a vehicle for ownership of the properties. Start an additional llc for the property management side of the business. If they do it this way I have markets for them, if not it will be tough, because they are combining too many businesses into one entity.
