Typical PPO Maternity Benefits

I am considering improving our health benefits to include a different level of coverage for maternity care. I want to increase the percentage of pregnant employees and dependents who seek and complete prenatal care. What are the typical benefits out there in PPOs for maternity coverage?

Most group plans are going to cover it as any other illness.

I have never seen a plan that has multiple coverages when it come to maternity care.
