Can a person without Medicaid be on UHC-Silver C-SNP? If so- are they able to get MD visits for $0 (PCP and Spec.) and $3,500 in dental coverage? The book is not clear.

C-SNP is for chronic illnesses, D-SNP is for Medicaid....and no you cannot be on a D-SNP plan without Medicaid, they will deny the application

So a person without out Medicaid can enroll in UHC Silver (Regional PPO C-SNP)- did they change the qualifications - I've always heard you had to have Medicaid to be on the Silver Plan.. How is it different from the UHC Gold C-SNP- the one that just requires A&B and a chronic condition?
