Unexpected Benefit of Working Saturday...

Yep... I worked this Saturday. Once I got to the office it was nice to have the peace and lack of ringing phones or threat of having someone walk in. I got a bunch done.

But this benefit was before I got to the office. I had an appointment with a clients husband that wanted a MedSupp. He's VA, but doesn't like depending on them for all his care and recently had a gall bladder attack that set him back ~$2300 after Medicare paid for the serg. at a non-VA facility. On my way from that appointment to appointment #2 in a town about 60 miles away I'm driving SW on hwy 52 from Calhoun, MO towards Clinton.

In a huge cotton wood tree right by the road is a Bald Eagle. It was an overcast day so his majestic white head didn't glow in the sun as I've seen them do before. He's sitting on a limb overhanging the road maybe 40' above the road. I turn around and pass under him again, slower, stairing at this symbol of freedom. I parked in a gravel drive just across the hwy from him and watched him looking around for his next meal.

After I left him I thought how poetic that sighting was. We're all free to develope our chosen business into what ever we desire. It will reflect exactly what we dream it to be. I dreamed about what MedSupps could do for my financial security almost three years ago. Today I enjoy a six figure return on that dream.

The means to making our individual dreams come to reality varies greatly as can be seen by the constant cock fighting between the arrogant members of this forum. Why some chose to spend so much energy forcing their opinion upon another is beyond me. If it be a matter of fact, state what is true and let it be. If some chose to believe otherwise... that is their freedom.

Good selling, all.

I've always found working Saturday appointments (at least for a few hours, not necessarily all day) to be very productive.

I agree. For some reason people sometimes seem to be more relaxed on Saturdays. I know that also, for some unknown reason, I look upon Saturday appointments differently than appointments during the week.

They seem to be more enjoyable, maybe because I really don't consider them the same kind of "work" as going on an appointment at other times.

It is sometimes strange how our minds work.

That is true. I run 2 appt. on sat every other sat. then when I get home around 2pm I make calls for appts. on Monday. for whatever reason Sat. appts. are always good. And my calls on Sat take half the time.
