United Health Care/ AARP

Who is the best FMO that offers UHC/aarp ?
There are several of us (including me) on this board who will be happy to offer GA contracts for UHP/AARP. Don't settle for a street level contract.

As far as the best FMO? UHP really does everything directly with the agent. The FMO is immaterial. Just get a pre-nup and a good contract.

Rick ,

I am not so sure those folks will be able to keep the GA contracts
with out meeting the production this year. I have also read a few
contracts this year that have provisions allowing them to go back retro and claim commissions that were "Over Paid" based on production. I have not seen the new UHC contract but you
might want to look at all of your new 2009 contracts for that provision.

Rick,

My Regional SGA UHC contract has no such wording.

UHC has a straight forward contract and we should not be creating any doubt here!

If you had read what I said you would understand that I was not talking about UHC, but that provison is in other carrier contracts I have read this year and I was suggesting to make sure you read your 2009 contracts to understand what might happen if you do not meet production requirements with some carriers
