Legacy safeguard is used with moo Ngl and monumental Bryan Adams is from the funeral side of things good guy. I believe it's the living promise plan from moo

Yes. It's the living Promise product.

The IMO is Premier Planning and Bryan Adams out of Texas. The Legacy Safeguard System is being marketed by the companies that they represent: United of Omaha, NGL, Monumental and ING.

I was speaking with an IMO out of Wisconsin that markets thru NGL and he indicated to me that NGL was working a deal with Premier to let other NGL marketing organizations use the Legacy Safeguard product. I do not know if that means Monumental will follow suit or not.

Monumental and Ngl were the first with legacy safeguard I believe a couple IMO have it outside of being direct with premier but this is Bryan Adams baby so in the end it goes back to him

I think all IMOs have access to that. I know I do and I don't go through Premier.

Not all IMOs have access to Monumental's lead program though.

I enjoy working with Premier for these products: Moo, Kemper, Gerber, Monumental, and ING. The legacy is offered with all those. In addition to the FE, Premier is a big help on the traditional life. Moo/Uoo, Mon/Trans, and ING have decent offerings in UL/Term and Premier will do fantastic proposals, from the simple to elaborate - sometimes same-day or next day service. They offer competitive first-year comm and have a great licensing dept. I dont work for them , but I like giving credit where credit is due. They do not, however, have a lead program. They do offer the Mon life and Moo programs. Some of the other carriers offer programs on the life/annuity side.

I don't mean to butt in here, just hope that clears up any questions for anyone looking for a good non-captive IMO who offers both FE and traditional products.
