Anyone with familiarity with USI's new agent producer model? I have a family friend that has been in discussions with them to be a commercial producer. Per him, they are offering $80k base, 40% or 45% commission, a guarantee he'll have a $1m book of business in 3 years.....
Curious if anyone has knowledge of their validation expectations, when does base salary change, renewal %'s etc. He's in the grass is greener view with a focus on the $80k base.
