United Teachers Association- anyone got the skinny on this? Went and wrote a lady a Foresters- she had me look at her husbands policy he took out 2 years ago.. 10k.. 75 male, no health issues, except he smokes pipes occasionaly and the last agent put him down as a non smoker.. Even as a non smoker, 2 years older Foresters was almost $30 more a month....

Looked at the policy- it's indeed a whole life.. anyone write for UTA? Are their prices really that good?

They had good rates. Them and Loyal had decent priced FE, they pulled the products though. Must have under priced them...

Yep, UTA hit the exit door about 2 to 3 yrs ago. I loved them and wrote the heck out of them. Sure hated to see them go. As SIA mentioned, they must have missed the mark. Actually they had a graded product that I think hurt them the worst, because it was more than decent, if I remember right.
