Verifying production for contract

I've applied for a contract with a large mutual company. I've got to provide production reports. I only get 1099's, is that what they'll want?

One of the 1099's from last year comes fron an agency that I no longer have a good relationship with due to a release issue. Do these companies call these 1099 providers?

First which company are you applying to. Second what you need to do is call the companies that you write business with and get them to send you a letter stating your production with them. That is what the company wants, not a 1099.
