Wasn't There Something About a New Sep if Client Was Misguided?

I got word of an sep if the client states they didn't have all the info they needed.but another agent said that's true but they can only use that sep over the phone, not with an agent.any clarification?

I don't recommend pulling the trigger on that one.... dropping another agent in the greese is spookey. karma is a bitch...... and yes, that one I think is a call in only..... sorry if my thoughts on the matter differ in any way to anyone else on here regarding this subject

The "human error or misrepresentation" wording has been removed from the miscellaneous reasons that trigger a Special Enrollment Period.

Perhaps it was too easy to use as an excuse, and made trouble for Agents/Assisters/Navigators/Insurers who were probably blameless.

I can't agree with this more. The last thing on earth that we need right now or ever is for agents to start cannibalizing one another. This would be a sh*t storm of epic proportions.
