Ways to avoid 48 hour Rule

I am wondering if there are any legal ways or loop holes to avoid the 48 hour window if you cold call for Medicare Supplement, and beneficiary brings up medicare advantage plans?

Don't go on Med Sup appts. MAPD only with a scope of appt form. Then you can sell them Med Sups without waiting 48 hours.
 
At the top of both different Scope of Appts that I use it states that the agent may also discuss a Medicare Supplement Policy with you. Is that wrong?
 
Anything medically related can be discussed at the appointment, including med sups, LTC and dental. CMS does not regulate any of those areas either :biggrin:
