I'm new to the insurance industry as a licensed life, health and accident agent. In the world of selling insurance I am not considered "seasoned". Do you get what I mean? My experience is with medicare advantage, better known as working with keenagers, those who don't get up until 10am. I hope to learn lots from joining this forum and who knows, maybe I can share some of my experience with some of you.
When I interviewed for the position, I was told if I was willing to work hard, I could make a lot of money. I'm learning to live on a lot less. Not really. I am comfortable selling my company's product and am looking for other ways:biggrin: to acquire leads. The CMS regulations have greatly impacted this business.

I understand and know how to network, just hoping someone knows a better or as good way to enhance what I already have perfected. Your recommendations will be greatly appreciated. :skeptical: These little guys are great.

Welcome to the forum. There are a good number of agents here (myself included) who work the senior market.

What company do you work for?

Hi and welcome to the forum. I have a couple of questions for you if you don't mind. Are you only selling MA plans? Do you do Medicare Supplements? Final Expense? Or anything else?

Hello welcome to the forum. Where in Georgia do you live and what company do you work for?. I also sell MA, final expense life, and Medicare Supplements. With the new regulations you mentioned you must have a good Medicare Supplement carrier to work with, we may not have another AEP or OEP, who knows where we are headed. This past AEP I did massive education to seniors who qualified for a MS and wrote them up versus their current MA. Not one were familiar with the HR6331 bill and how it impacts the MA industry. Good luck.

Welcome I reside in Georgia (Metro Atlanta) area and I just joined the forum last week, introduced by a co-worker, after viewing for a week or so this is a great place to learn about what others are doing and to just allow yourself to brainstorm.

Georgia Rocks.

I personally believe that the sharpest Insurance minds in all the world reside in the great Peach State!

Welcome to the forum.
