What are some good Landlord policies?

hey guys...what are some carriers that have a good landlord policy for landlords with 20 to 30 properties in their portfolio?
The standard portfolios seem to limit properties to 10 or 14 for one person or entity..like Safeco's, Allstate..etc

I write these all the time. Mercury has a fantastic blanket policy, with all the buildings and limits blanket on to one.

If you asking me about Mercury, I don't know. I do know they aren't easy to get appointed with. BTW, I'm in Ca.
