OEP is coming to a close. This selling season has come and gone faster than any other it seems. How many apps did you write this season? I think by the end of March I should have closed about 125.

Zippidy Doo Daa... nadda... ZERO.

I have however taken about 40 people out of em this season and put them into med supps. They were not my clients until I helped them exit those plans.

I feel lucky that I only had to put 2 people on an MA this year, of course that's because they couldn't get anything else!

If I enrolled 90-125 in MA plans I would go into hiding!

Of course if you enroll that many you most likely don't service your customers anyway!

The people in this area love MA plans. I average 4-5 enrollments a week just picking the phone from referrals.

I didnt do MA's this season but logistically how are you handling referrals these days. If someone calls up and says they are interested in the plan their friend has then what. They have to mail you a sales appointment consent form or what the process there this month?

Thanks.

You can set an appointment with them over the phone and then have the SOA signed when you get there. Same thing if you are meeting with them about something else and they ask about MA plans or PDP. You cna get the SOA signed right then and proceed. Some companies have different rules. Wellcare, for example before they quit taking apps, required a 2 hour period between the two appointments. I was still waiting 48 hours to err on the side of caution.
