Any company that will take my client:

Diabetes with insulin pump, build - 6'1 327lb. chronic kidney disease (creatinine 1.44) and peripheral vascular disease. Age 61

Was offered a graded policy, but does not want graded? Any suggestions? In New York

With combination of ID diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, and obesity, he would be lucky to get a graded benefit.. I would have thought ROP would be the best he could do.

If he doesnt want graded, then offer ROP....bet he takes graded then! He's lucky he's alive!

That's why he wants the immediate death benefit. He's lucky to be alive and knows his luck only has days left. Great idea, offer him the ROP to make the graded look good. ha

I truly think some people just think insurance companies are in business to give away money. Like others have said, this dude is lucky to be alive! He, and his family, should consider themselves fortunate if he can get any type of coverage!

this guys way of thinking is exactly why many good agents don't even bother writing those apps. chargeback waiting to happen.

and then you got a guy working you trying to get a better policy. its a time to take the bull by the horns and tell them what they are going to do, don't ask, tell.

Yeah I don't ever tell people what company they're going with unless they ask. NFLs right, take control.
