What do YOU do in the industry? I think we all assume we are all doing daily agent things. I bet most of us are all over the map. What do you do?

So I often find it hard to explain to people what I do. the Pic below helps explain that. I personally wrestle every day to create a place for insurance agents to win, often in unlikely scenarios. And it feels great!

I'm the Chief Information Officer of a top 20 Independent Brokerage sizewise with 20+ years in the Industry. Both with Brokerages and Fortune 100 Carriers. Been an agent, an underwriter, and been a programmer. Yes.. still a licensed P&C agent in 30 states with a small commercial book.
