I sell a whole range of products. Final Expense when I don't have appointments. I sell a lot of indexed life as an annuity replacement. The caps are a lot higher (annual point to point cap 14%) and if the client dies the money comes out tax-free, not to mention the product I sell the client can use 2% of the death benefit every month to pay for LTC / HHC, and the policy has no surrender penalties.

For your own sake, watch your back and cover the entire butt with many disclosures. I knew a guy who used to be very successful with that stuff until he closed down his agency. It takes only one vengeful client. I'm being very sincere.
