I am trying to figure out what systems Agents use to track things like production vs. goals, ROI on my marketing and sub-producers, and setting up an incentive plan for my team. I hate just paying out a % of what I earn, I want to create a plan that has tiers and the ability for them to make more for selling other lines, not just auto and home. Anyone out there know of a system that can do all that?

It track and forecasts commissions with advances, awesome filters and tracks roi and sources business.
