IN AZ you have Health Net, Blue Cross Blue Shield, LifeWise, Aetna, Assurant and Golden Rule.
Not that difficult to get appts with LifeWise and Health Net. I doubt that you'll be able to get appointmetn with BCBS.
Golden Rule is tough to beat there right now.
