What company do you guys use?

I am trying to get lexis nexis set up, but its taking too long for the node and sponsorship etc...

Is there a company where i can just pay and order a report on an insured?

Please recommend me one.

Check if your state has a unified judicial system whereby you can access local/magisterial court records. then you can see moving violations for people

one word of caution before you sign up with a third party MVR service ...... make sure the source they use to gather MVR info is consistent with the source your carriers use.

For example, just today, I had the rare occasion of running two MVR's for the same person...... The driver had an at fault accident three months ago. One source caught it, the other one didn't.

Those inconsistencies are usually minor but they're a pain in the arse when they happen.

I found a nice company that charges 1.50 per report plus state fee.

Not sure about the consistency of the reporting though.

you dont run them thru your carrier?

Some companies charge you if you do not end up selling the policy. It can be around $10 per report.

Luckily none of my standard carriers charge.

Most of my nonstandards do, however. That's where you really need the reports.

ALL my commercial carriers require MVRs with applications now.

personal they run for me but if i dont sell i have to cover 80% of the cost.

do you guys charge potential clients MVR fee?
