Wanted to show a client of mine that has AARP Plan I the information on the Modernized Plans, but I can't get into the info.!

She has Emphysema and can't qualify anywhere else.

I've gotten the info from other carriers. What is AARP waiting on?

I'm just curious. Why would you sell her a AARP plan when MOO has already been approved for GA and you can write her a Plan N?

Years ago when agent's could not sell AARP, they were bad. What happened?

AARP is not an insurance company.UHC is the insurance company. Prudential used to have the franchise to sell Med Supps with AARP name stamped on it.When I was young and dumb and needed the money I was for a brief period led to believe by a sales manager that the group certificate issued by an AARP endorsed carrier was inferior because the carrrier could decided to withdraw the certificate in the state and leave policyholders scrambling for coverage but I soon realized that was really a non issue.I never sell using negative information or scare tactics and reap the benefits of coming behind agents that do.

For those newer in the business older people take it as an insult for you to put down the coverage they chose.

I was taught the same thing by my sales manager when I was learning this business. That was almost word for word what I used to say before I knew any better :twitchy:
