I am new to the business and this reform is a hot topic. Where can I learn the most about it the quickest and have it be fair and honest?

Quick summary:
Medical treatment is expensive due to numerous cost drivers, health insurance funds the system. Congress is trying to fix the funding system (by taking it over), not the cost drivers, but is doing so under the guise of fixing the cost drivers. It won't work, as with all government programs, they don't fail and go away, they get bigger. In 10 to 15 years, we'll have a single payer system unless China tells us we can not.

its a benefit as long as your able to communicate with the customer. a set back if they "shell up" and are afraid of change
