Yep, injunction denied but only because the carriers should have first filed an appeal with the insurance commissioner.

I love that one...you need to appeal the same body that turned you down in the first place....Oh please Mr Insurance Commissioner I know this is policital for Duval and you were appointed to your position by Duval but would you please reconsider or at the very least say no quickly so we can refile in court

Loved the part about "Attorney General Martha Coakley beginning to get more involved." Nice to know we are keeping politics out of this. Hmmm.....without even reviewing the legal arguments, I wonder which side she is on. The side that will get you an Obama appointmet maybe?

With no facts to back this up, the feeling I get is yes, to a degree the courts can order that they continue to write business.

I believe I read that the judge said the court has no jurisdiction - yet - as the administrative appeals have not been exhausted.
