I am trying to minimize my auto insurance payment as much as possible. I want to know which of the coverages (See Attachment) are optional.

Comp and Collision are the most optional. Granted, without them you wont have a claim paid for damages, but you can recover from that kind of loss. Not having comp when you hit a deer for $5,000 in damages is bad, but you can recover from that

Rental reimbursement is optional

Not having Bodily injury & Medical PIP is something that can bankrupt you for years. You hit & injure someone that makes 100k or more per year could cause a million dollar lawsuit. your Bodily injury coverage is way too low unless you make minimum wage & never will make more than that in your lifetime. Your property damage & uninsured coverage is way too low also if you want to be able to collect when you are injured by someone with crappy insurance like you currently have

What is the yr, make, and model? You never want to be penny wise and pound foolish. many insurers have a niche liability rate and when you find the right company with the right niche your premium will be less. Remember that each number in your example has meaning and a policy with the lowest premium may have little value when you need it.
