Trying to finalize from a list of clusters & mga's. I am going to begin contracting next week. Just wanted to get the forums thoughts on the below entities. Plus or negatives...

ive been doing P&C for about 2 yrs now and fixing to leave a local agent to set up my own shop. located in FL, main focus is on the commericial side. Would like to own my own business and have bind. authority. Many thanks.

It looks like a few of those are surplus lines underwriters but I guess in FL you will need that to sell homes. For commercial I think Insurance Noodle has the most options but I'm not sure on binding authority. I don't think many wholesalers would give you binding authority with commercial lines until you placed a certain amount of premium through them first.

Good luck though I'm going through the same process.
