I don't have access to Adbeat and don't want to commit to $250/month for the subscription. Does anyone know who the top 5 agencies promoting Final Expense are, in terms of online advertising dollars spent?

If they are spending big dollars, they are most likely covering the advertising cost. That means websites that convert. I would like to review the copywriting/layout of those sites.

Are you trying to measure how much they spend on google ads or facebook ads? My understanding is those are very different from one another.
