Who has a decent flexible premium annuity

IRA season is almost here.
Any decent companies that have a flexible annuity
product that is worth looking at?

Trying to work with a local tax company to get all of
the IRA business and maybe some more bigger ticket items
this tax season.
They wanted to know if I had a product that a person could put
money in each year without having to start a surrender charge
over each time.
