Who's Got an LTC Flyer I Can Steal?

I'm in a bind an in need of a LTC Flyer I can use (I'll fill in my own stuff). I'm doing a seminar in a few weeks, and need to develop a flyer tonight, to e-mail to the lady at the ALF.

If someone can just attach one, or e-mail me one to: [email protected] that would be great. I'll use your format, and fill in my own material.
