Met with a UHC SNP HMO from referral who loves her plan but hates her agent.I explained only way for me to be her agent "maybe" if i submit AEP application for UHC SNP PPO (which i did )then submit another application for AEP back to UHC SNP HMO for 1/1/2024.I called PHD and 1 rep said yes and the other said no so I have a feeling i am going to be an unpaid agent helper instead of the AOR.

You're asking the wrong question. Take care of the client. You'll get paid in referrals, and as a bonus, you will get AOR too

Sounds like a waste of time. Aside from that, she's trashing her current agent, and he placed her in a plan that she wants to keep. You would be the only one that had to explain the musical chairs with her coverage, if some sort of complaint was filed.
