Woman in class-action lawsuit against Xerox dies | Las Vegas Review-Journal

I think insurance company's using third parties (Florida Blue for one) to enroll and take payments for these plans need to rethink their positions. I for one am fed up with HPS, they have done nothing but f up quite a few of mine not to mention I over heard at least 900 our of our agency. That is just one agency.

Seems like everyone wanted to get a piece of the pie.

Xerox is a hot mess. I have been working on a case since the beginning of May. My client STILL has no coverage, even after paying his first month's premium. For some reason, the system auto-populated the subsidy amount to take at HALF of what it should have been. He was offered $500, it populated $250. I didn't even notice it until I was told a week later, after calling several times to check the status. I should also add, that Xerox was the one that pushed the app through for me on the phone. I had no idea the subsidy was wrong. But why would it have populated incorrectly in the first place? Not playing the exchange game again. My 3 clients, that I did sign up, have all had problems. Not doing it again.
