Would Geico cover on new damage over existing unfixed damage?

Years ago I had some minor damage on my car which Geico covered (they reimbursed me). But I never got that damage fixed.

Now, I have some new damage on my car which occurred over the old damage - a little worse though. Would Geico cover the new damage (as if the old damage didn't exist)? Even though you can still see the old damage (and that the old damage wasn't fixed)?

Thanks.

I'd rather ask on the forum before I call them and they trap me in something so they don't cover it.

What is the old damage? A good appraiser can usually see through old damage to new but if it is in the same place, and he has access to pictures of the old damage, chances are you won't get much. Maybe attempted fraud

The old damage is like a scuff mark with minor indentation.
I'm not trying to cover anything up. You can see the old damage and the new damage.

They should cover only the new damage and adjust out the old damage.

Depending on your deductible you might get next to nothing on the second claim.

Worse, you'll have two claims on your policy record. Your rates will likely go up on renewal.
