The highest 1 year I can find is Liberty Bankers at 1.2%

I cant find any 2 year fixed products

Highest 3 year I can find is 1.75%, again Liberty Bankers


Does anyone know of anything higher? Or of any two year products?

Western Catholic Union is a small Fraternal company out of Quincy, IL.
They do have 1,2,3,4...etc fixed annuities. I do not know what rates they are currently paying (a year ago they had a 2-year for 2%), nor do I know what states in which they are available.

Not good with agent support.
Comp isn't great either.

Life of the Southwest (A): 2-year banded 25k 1.00%; 100k 1.15%

Many of the fraternals offer 1, 2, and 3 year options. The rates have been around 3%, but even the fraternals are lowering rates below 3% in the past year.

There is a company in Ohio that has a spreadsheet of Multi-Year annuities. I always just call when I need to know a state and rate.

How about a full underwritten "CD"? ok ok I'm thinking outside the box over here but what do you think about a dividend paying single premium whole life policy that starts paying dividends in the 1st year and averages 2-3% annually for those dividends. Walkaway anytime you want to with your premium plus dividends and a 1yr 100% agent chargeback 2nd yr 50% yrs 3+ 0%... To me that looks like a 2yr 4-6% return for the client 8% commission for you and a death benefit that goes tax free to the bene if something happens during that time..
