$1 billion lottery ticket sold in IL. Goillini might have won !! He’s flying everyone to Bora Bora

I was born in Chicago and my aunt had a condo on north Michigan ave near the water tower and Chicago river . She had substantial 7 fig estate and we were her only family . This was the late 1990’s . We had to pay I believe it was 6% inheritance tax to Illinois in addition to 50 Federal . IL was one of only a few states to charge inheritance tax .
Illinois taxes everything.

I didn’t check my numbers yet so before I do and walk away with the big money I’ll throw it out there that anyone that wants to buy in on my ticket for $10,000 can have 50% of the prize.
Speak up now or forever hold your peace.
